CCR Developments announces plans for third project in the New Administrative Capital
In a strategic move that reinforces its strong confidence in the future of the New Administrative Capital (NAC), CCR DEVELOPMENTS is preparing to launch its third major development in the city, following the notable success of its previous projects
Dr. Raymond Tghian, CEO of CCR DEVELOPMENTS, stated that the company has already delivered two prominent projects in the NAC
Front Gate: A mixed-use commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel development spanning 4,000 square meters. The project includes a ground floor and 7 upper levels and is strategically located near Mostakbal City. Construction milestones include 100% completion of the concrete structure, 60% of electromechanical works, and over 70% of façade works. It serves key areas such as the NAC, Madinaty, and Mostakbal City
CORE: Located in the R3 area, this commercial and administrative project stands out with its strategic positioning at the intersection of two major 70-meter-wide axes. It directly overlooks the main R3 pedestrian boulevard, connecting the Sports City, Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis, and the Central Business District. Just five minutes from the main NAC gate, construction work is currently underway
Dr. Tghian emphasized that CCR DEVELOPMENTS brings over 40 years of experience to the Egyptian real estate sector, having successfully delivered more than 150 standalone projects and 250 commercial outlets across East Cairo before entering the NAC market
