Madinet Masr Signs Dual Partnerships to Launch The Prism & LA7’s Flagship at Tajed
Cairo, 28 September 2025 – In a major step towards redefining Egypt’s lifestyle and commercial landscape, Madinet Masr (EGX: MASR.CA) has inked two strategic partnerships: one with Qubix Co. to deliver The Prism, and another with LA7 to launch its largest branch inside Tajed, the company’s first integrated commercial district in Taj City
Spanning 7,000 sqm, The Prism will set a new benchmark for mixed-use hubs in New Cairo, offering a dynamic mix of dining and fashion retail, supported by innovative architectural design and vibrant event spaces. Completion is planned by the end of 2026
Meanwhile, LA7’s flagship branch, covering 5,400 sqm, will offer a comprehensive health, fitness, and wellness ecosystem, with facilities ranging from advanced gyms and spa services to cultural spaces like a cooking school and music rooms. Operations are scheduled to begin in Q1 2027
