During GITEX Global 2025, Magna AI, a next-generation AI Transformation Factory founded in partnership with Trend Micro and Wistron Digital Technology Holding (WDH) and powered by NVIDIA technologies, announced a $300 million strategic alliance with TechnoVal, a regional SAP Gold Partner and leader in enterprise digital transformation
The alliance aims to accelerate industrial innovation and digital transformation across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond by combining Magna AI’s expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity with TechnoVal’s regional strength in enterprise systems, ERP, and managed services
A key initiative under the partnership is the creation of a sovereign-ready AI and Cloud Data Center in Saudi Arabia, serving as a regional innovation hub to host secure AI workloads, enable advanced data governance, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade computing
The collaboration will also transform HSA and OMACO Groups—TechnoVal’s parent companies operating across FMCG, packaging, logistics, manufacturing, and food processing—into AI-powered industrial pioneers, setting a global benchmark for smart manufacturing through predictive analytics and intelligent automation
Beyond their industrial base, Magna AI and TechnoVal plan to extend this initiative to key sectors such as government, finance, energy, healthcare, construction, and smart cities, enabling a new era of intelligent industrialization across MENA
“This alliance represents the fusion of global AI power with regional excellence,” said Dr. Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI. “Together with TechnoVal, we are building the foundation of an AI-driven economy that upholds sovereignty, security, and sustainability”
Under the agreement, Magna AI’s advanced capabilities will be integrated into TechnoVal’s SAP ecosystem, enhancing S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and SAC with predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and AI copilots to drive productivity and insight
TechnoVal’s cybersecurity framework will also be enhanced with Magna AI’s SIEM and Cybersecurity Digital Twin technologies, providing predictive threat detection, proactive defense, and measurable resilience across enterprise and government clients
“At TechnoVal, innovation has always driven our success,” said Basim Ibrahim Hayel Saeed, Chairman of TechnoVal. “Our partnership with Magna AI positions us to lead the next industrial revolution, empowering our clients and parent groups with intelligence, automation, and insight”
The partners will also collaborate on joint go-to-market frameworks, customer engagement initiatives, and shared training programs to ensure measurable, sustainable, and high-quality AI deployments that set new benchmarks for excellence
