In a strategic move to support young engineering talents in Upper Egypt, Innovo Construction organized a Career Day at Aswan University in collaboration with the University Career Development Center, under the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
The initiative aligns with Egypt Vision 2030, reinforcing national efforts to invest in human capital, empower youth employment, and enhance regional economic development across Upper Egypt
Eng. Sameh Seifein, General Manager of Innovo Construction, stated that the partnership with Aswan University reflects the company’s strong belief in the pivotal role of regional universities in graduating highly qualified engineers capable of contributing to Egypt’s mega infrastructure and construction projects
He emphasized that investing in youth remains a core pillar of Innovo’s long-term strategy, aiming to create real employment opportunities and foster sustainable growth within the construction sector
Dr. Louay Saad El-Din Nasr, President of Aswan University, praised the initiative as a practical model of integration between academia and the labor market under the presidential initiative “Alliance and Development – Be Ready,” highlighting its role in opening direct career pathways for graduates
The event witnessed high-level attendance from university leaders, deans of Engineering and Energy Engineering faculties, and the Engineers Syndicate representative in Aswan. Innovo’s recruitment committee conducted intensive interviews to select qualified candidates for upcoming projects
